Our purpose for the development of an online teddy bear company was to meet the demanding needs of various ages groups, genders and the many other occasions which teddy bears are suited for. Our drive to creat an online company which would not only achieve customer satisfaction, but also see the return of various users.
The need to have a teddy bear, especially at a young age is important, and at Bouncin' Bear Cove we aim to ensure that a childs first teddybear will always be remembered and that will be cherished forever. Through wear and tear, our teddybears are especially made to handle the rough conditions which they may be out through. Our mission is to provide a service which is unique form our competitors, and to provide users with a service which will not only enable customer satisfaction but also quality and guarentee. In the future we aim to customise our website to suit customer needs and preferences and in doing so, achieve long term sustainability and growth. |
